Dr. Jill Zdan is a naturopathic physician who is passionate about helping her patients regain and maintain their highest level of health. She graduated magna cum laude with her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Zdan is certified in stem cell therapies, platelet-rich-plasma therapies, prolotherapy and trigger point injections. She has additional training in regenerative aesthetics, heavy metal toxicity and she also uses nebulized stem cell therapies for respiratory/allergic conditions. In her free time, Dr. Zdan loves spending time with her husband, family and two cats. She also enjoys ice skating, dancing, hiking, yoga, painting and qi gong.
Karen Padilla is a native to Arizona. She was born and raised in Tucson, lived in Flagstaff for 29 years and now resides in Phoenix. Her passion is giving back to the less fortunate by sponsoring children in Africa and locally for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Her goal is to touch the lives of others by supporting their choice to move forward with regenerative medicine and helping bring back the vitality that is most important for individuals to truly enjoy the life they were meant to live.
Amerique was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked in hospitality for four years. She lived in Alaska for two summers while working for a cruise line. Traveling is a major passion of Amerique’s, seeing the world one step at a time is her goal. Above all else, she finds great joy in helping others achieve their goals and find happiness. Regenerative medicine has provided her the opportunity to better the lives of patients seeking treatment.

Robert Williams was born in Stuttgart, Germany, to a military family. Over the nine years he served as a paramedic, he spent eight of those years working in the ER at a level 1 trauma, chest pain and stroke hospital. He loves being in medicine and part of the reason he enjoyed being a firefighter was how it enabled him to help others and make a positive impact in people’s lives. Fourteen years ago, he left Washington State (Olympia) for the open skies of Arizona and is excited to use his knowledge and experience at Elevate Health Clinics to serve this fantastic community.
Dr. Jordan Kopcio received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ in 2012 and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois in 2009. He is certified in Prolotherapy, PRP therapy, Stem Cell Therapy, and trigger point injections. Additional certifications include Botox, Fillers, Body Contouring, and Kybella. Dr. Kopcio’s treatment philosophy is based on getting to the root of the problem and not just finding ways to cover it up or treat the symptoms. Each treatment plan is unique to the patient and their particular problem.
Ashley Hungerford has devoted her career to making life-long connections with patients while ensuring top care and education. After a decade of working in alternative medicine with a background in radiology (RT), she inherently understands that the body’s ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted us to believe. She is constantly seeking knowledge to encourage health and healing while promoting with empirical studies.
Alyssa was born and raised in San Diego, California and spent most of her life immersed in the performing arts. Singing and acting has always played a big part in her life and this developed her true passion to connect with others. Alyssa is incredibly thankful to be a part of the RMAI Team to genuinely connect with all the patients and make a positive difference in other people’s lives.
Robert was born and raised in Burbank, California. For a time, he lived in Rockville, Maryland where he worked with the local fire department as an EMT for over six years before becoming a Paramedic. Twelve years later in 2017, he and his fiancé moved to Gilbert, Arizona where they love to spend time together as a family, exploring the great outdoors with their two dogs. Robert is now excited to be involved with Elevate Health Clinics, where he has a chance to truly help people in the most caring, compassionate, and least invasive way possible.
Libby Cameron worked as an RN for 20+ years before attending Harborview/UCLA where she graduated as a Women’s Health OB/GYN, Primary Care, Reproductive Health Nurse Practitioner in 2004. Libby specializes is Women’s Health, Primary Care and Anti-Aging Medicine. Primary areas of interest include: Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, sexual dysfunction, incontinence, Functional Medicine, IV Micronutrient Therapy, Ozone/UBI Therapy, Regenerative Medicine (Stem Cell Therapy), PRP, Prolotherapy, Aesthetic Procedures and Peptide Therapy.
Libby raised all boys and enjoys all outdoor activities including rockhounding, hiking, panning for gold, playing tennis and gardening in her free time. She is compassionate and dedicated to helping people reach their highest level of wellness. Regenerative Medicine is her passion and she looks forward to helping everyone live a healthier and more vibrant life.
Lori O’Brien, is our Patient Care Advocate (PCA) in Coeur d’Alene, ID. She earned a B.B.A in Marketing from Baylor University, a master’s degree in Communication from Pepperdine University, and is a certified yoga instructor.
As a supporter of alternative medicine, Lori is excited about the progress her patients have made from using regenerative medicine to heal their bodies from the inside out. She has observed the quality of life returned to her patients and that is very rewarding for her.
Lori values quality time with her family, friends and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys the Northwest; paddle boarding, boating, gardening, canning, hiking, swimming and sailing.
Karla was born and raised on a farm in Northern California where she went to college and began a career with the Fire Dept. She was an engineer for the Fire Department for 14 years before leaving to work at the monastery where she met her husband. Together they moved to beautiful Dalton Gardens Idaho where they raised their sons. After caring for her family, Karla wanted to get back to helping those who needed it most. She joined RMAI in order to fulfill that commitment. She loves her patients, co-workers and the RMAI office. She is ecstatic to be working in an ever- developing field where she can be proud of what she does. Karla looks forward to meeting all of you!
Melanie Dresden is a certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2017, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has extensive experience in the Emergency Room, surgery and spine departments. In addition to working at Stem Cell Centers, she moonlights in the Emergency Room and urgent care. She also works part-time in a family practice clinic in her local community.
Her love for health and wellness is the foundation for her career. She is passionate about alternative and functional medicine for optimal health and longevity. She is a self-proclaimed bio-hacker and delves into the research on the multiple modalities she incorporates into her client's care. She is a certified Kion coach which allows her to provide her clients with nutrition, lifestyle and exercise guidance. She has experience working with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. She believes nutrition has one of the biggest impacts on a person's health. As the saying goes, "you are what you eat". She enjoys reading up to date research, articles and attending conferences to expand her knowledge of health and wellness.
Her and her husband have 3 growing and energetic children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, trying new foods and traveling. She is an avid reader and has learned the art of speed reading. She enjoys exercising and has participated in adventure races and half-marathons.
Joy is a native of Omaha and earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nebraska. She went on to graduate school at College of St. Mary, where she completed her master’s degree in business. Joy became interested in stem cell research and treatment over 15 years ago, after her grandmother passed away from Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS).
Joy brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical database management and software applications. Her favorite part of the day is the one-on-one interaction she has with patients. In her spare time, she loves to travel abroad with family.
Carla Brook approaches medicine radically different than most physicians. Trained in a variety of specialties ranging from bio-identical hormone therapy to biotoxin illnesses to ozone therapy, she looks beyond her patient's symptoms to understand and ultimately nourish the underlying imbalances that cause illness. Carla Brook has been in the medical field in some capacity for the past 25 years. As a result of the desire to improve health with more natural modalities, in 2012 she decided to make the transition into Integrative Medicine. Her integrative practice includes both pharmaceuticals (only when absolutely necessary) and natural, well-researched treatments to help her patients obtain the best health they can.
Randy has over 18 years of experience in health & nutrition coaching, exercise instruction, corporate wellness, and executive leadership. "Working with people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life is my passion!" Randy has advanced training and certifications in Leadership, Athletic &&Resistance Training, Nutrition, and Health Coaching. He is also a Certified TRX instructor. Lynn Nasset is the Front Office Manager at Stem Cell Centers of Lakeside. Her passion for caring for people began at an early age while growing up in rural Montana with her seven siblings. While raising her own five children with her husband Roger, Lynn pursued her passion as a paraprofessional in the public-school system. She mainly worked in the special education department and with special needs children. Lynn fills her time with her many grandchildren and loves to explore the nearby mountains, lakes and rivers. And when she is not outdoors, Lynn can be found in the kitchen baking goodies and making meals for those in need. Thrilled to be part of the functional medicine community, Lynn was very excited to meet Carla Brook, NP-C and work with her at Riverbend Integrative Medicine and Stem Cell Centers of Lakeside. She loves the fact that she gets to play a part in helping people get their lives back with the care they receive at the clinic. “It’s always a great day watching people get better!”
Wendi is a Patient Care Advocate for Stem Cell Centers in Lakeside, Montana. Wendi’s background is in Massage Therapy, and more specifically, Lymphatic Facilitation and Restorative Breast Therapy. She did her training in Boise, Idaho, and was also an instructor and administrator for the Academy she graduated from. But the mountains called and 2 1/2 years ago she made the move to Montana. She has a decade of experience in the health and wellness arena, and in addition to her joining the Stem Cell Center team, still maintains a thriving massage practice in Lakeside. Wendi is an active participant in anything involving women’s health – whether it be participating in breast cancer awareness functions or hosting community events promoting preventative lifestyles. She is very excited to be involved with cutting edge regenerative medicine and changing people’s lives for the better. Her ultimate motto is “What a blessing it is to be a part of the tide that raises all boats.” When she’s not working, Wendi can be found roaming the beautiful trailheads in the Flathead valley with her Australian cattle dog, Roscoe.
